“Julian, what do you recommend I use for… ?” is a question I get asked all the time; especially when it comes to Video Production and Video Marketing.
So I've finally come around to compiling this list of tools and resources I use and recommend personally.
While these are all paid tools, they are not so expensive and are all very easy to use. They will likely save you a lot of time and money over the long-term, especially if you have been considering outsourcing your video editing and video ranking.
So let's get on with the list:
Video Editing
Filmora - Wondershare
Regardless of whether you care to consider any of the other tools below, at some point, you'll need to put it all together (cutting clips, merging clips, scene transitions, filters, music, titles, captions, etc.)
I use Filmora for just about every video I create. And for all its powerful features it's surprisingly easy to use.

Illustrations
Vyond - GoAnimate
Illustrated videos can be a great alternative to filmed videos. Especially when you want to create explainer videos for products or services that are complex. The Vyond studio is easy to use and it's packed with templates you can mix and match and they are easy to edit. It offers a variety of illustration styles such as Infographic, White Board or Contemporary. It has numerous characters you can choose from and you can even create your own. Plus you can synchronize the characters to talk in-time with your narrations.

Video Ranking
VMB - Video Marketing Blaster / Event Blaster
Now it's one thing to create amazing videos, but that's just half the battle. What good is having great video production if no one sees them?
The best way to have your videos appear in front of the right audience is through search. And this means you want them to rank on YouTube and Google.
*NOTE - This software is currently only compatible with Windows and is not available for Mac.
There are two ways I achieve high-ranking videos. The first method is by leveraging YouTube Live. This allows you to "jump the queue" for a quick win on Google ranking (often ranking on the first page of Google within 48 hours). Many people assume this means you are actually performing, filming and streaming live to YouTube, but you can still stream live with a pre-recorded and edited video! For this, the easiest tool I've found is Live Event Blaster.
Achieving that initial top rank is only half the battle. The next challenge is holding on to that position. After your live broadcast, there is a good chance your video will start to fall on Google unless you've done your homework for Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This can be very time consuming, but I've found a tool that does the work for you!
